Ask Family or Friends

Sometimes you don’t need to look very far to find what you need.  It could be that a friend or family member knows someone that could be perfect for the role and be able to help you fill it quickly.  Before you spend money on recruitment ads or agencies – it might be an idea to ask them to see if they know anyone that would be suitable.

Advertise on your Website

You will notice these days that there are a lot of sites that have a “jobs” or “vacancies” section displayed.  If someone is on your website it could be that they have a genuine interest in your company and could already be thinking of applying to work for you.  It also gives you a direct link to post out on social media, or anywhere else so they can contact you straight away.
