Working constantly in front of the computers without any breaks in between would really cause a lot of problems to your eyes and your mind would also get really tired of everything going around.
  3. Taking small power naps can also boost your energy and enhance your work productivity. Now we do understand that napping in between the work hours might not be possible for you, but if you are continuously working in front of a computer, it is advised that you should close your eyes for some time and take some break so that your mind can get a little break from all the strenuous jobs that are going around.
  4. Along with sleeping you are also advised to maintain your health and have a good lifestyle. You should always have healthy food which is beneficial for your body so that your body can gain some nutrition from them and thus you can have a lifestyle which would have a positive impact on your mind and body. Also try to avoid all unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking.
  5. Get your health checked up regularly. If you have fever or feel uneasy, do not ignore it. Your health should always be your main priority as you cannot give 100% to your work if your health is not in shape.
